Ingredients
2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 ( 12 ounce ) box vanilla wafers, rushed
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ( 7 ounce ) package flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, eating after each addition. Add vanilla wafer crumbs alternately with the milk. Add vanilla extract, coconut, and chopped pecans. Bake in greased and flowered tube pan or bundt pan in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 1 ½ hours.
