Sweetpotato Pudding

Mix potatoes with remaining ingredients. Then combine topping ingredients with a fork. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour ingredients into your dish and sprinkle the topping on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
