Mix all the ingredients from the sweetpotatoes to the honey in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of the sweetpotato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
