Eggs are great! They are super for your health, packed with 6 grams of protein (10% of your daily value) while still being lower in calories and other great health benefits–which can be found listed here: http://ncegg.org/eggs-big-nutrition-in-a-small-package/. Eggs are also cheaper than any usual protein sources like chicken, beef and fish. Being so easy to pair with other produce, try going to your local grocery store and saving even more money on your meal by picking up some in-season produce. Don’t know what to get?
