May is National Egg Month, a time to celebrate nutritious, versatile eggs and the farmers who produce them! Packed with high-quality protein, eggs include an assortment of vitamins and essential amino acids. It’s hard to find a more perfect protein! Eggs are delicious any time of the day, so give these recipes a try this May. 

 

Breakfast

    Can’t go wrong with this superfood duo—avocados and eggs! Spice things up by adding jalapenos, lime juice, garlic and cilantro to the guac.
