1. Hard Boiled, Easy Eggs
One of the simplest and easiest ways to make back-to-school less hectic is meal-prepping. Hard-boiled eggs are the easiest grab-and-go snack, breakfast, or lunch that you can prepare before the week even starts. In the shell, hard-cooked eggs can be refrigerated safely up to one week. Refrigerate in their original carton to prevent odor absorption. Once peeled, eggs should be eaten within two days.

Whisk some eggs with whatever ingredients you feel like adding and pour into a microwave-safe, well-greased mug.
